I’ve been a loyal customer for over 4 years and within that time I’ve noticed changes that were not notified to myself. Now as I reactive my service I see that now we are being charged a fee not cool. This one of many things that are making me consider going back to AT&T. Most people changed of to cricket because of the wonderful offer they had multiple lines that fit large family budget which I love.

To speak more on my dissatisfaction I was told months ago that one of my lines was reported stolen my question to the representatives that I spoke with is how a line is reported stolen by someone that don’t have my personal pin that is set up to discuss or make changes to my account keep in mind my husband nor kids know of this pin. I kept getting bs reasons behind it then I took this same phone that was reported stolen and changed sim and guess what the phone works so I went inside the actual store and the representative there explained to me that the sim in that phone in that time simply was no longer supporting the phone so I was very disappointed. In my honest opinion this company is becoming to be more like version in which I left to join them with all the hidden rates that you are not made Aware of. Cricket is slowly but surely losing my commitment to the company.

Developer Response. The app feels like an app would be a few years ago. Still can’t use your fingerprint to login, have to type in your password to get in. Customer service agents have a very thick usually India accent and are hard to understand.
The cricket service seems to just get slower and slower as time goes on. It used to be way faster data wise and cellular wise. I live in a big city and I still get horrible service, even worse indoors. And it’s not my phone, all of my phones have been knew just released phones. I love the idea of cheap service without a contract, but Cricket’s service and clarity are starting to show why the monthly plans are so cheap. I’m all for giving smaller companies the same shot as the big companies get, but when you’re standing outside and get a random voicemail message when your phone didn’t ring and you constantly get dropped calls indoors and outdoors, and your cell service affects your work, then it’s time to cut ties.
This is the second review I’ve given cricket, The last one I didn’t even get a response. They even got rid of cricket rewards, which in my opinion added to the quality of the service tells me my opinion or satisfaction is not a priority of the company. I hope Cricket can turn it around! Developer Response. I love the customer service ppl when i need to call cricket but their ppl in the stores that work on commissions are crooked lying thieves!! My husband was recently talked into buying me a Samsung j7 by one of these crooks and within a week it broke.
They told him because he did not purchase insurance we had to buy a new cell so he bought me an iPhone. That Samsung should have been replaced for free!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was a week old!!! They’ve talked this man into buying all kinds of crap, I’ve had to go in and cancel because they’re crooked!! I went with him once and refused everything they offered and I was met with hostility and dirty looks from the salesman! I will never step foot back into a cricket store ever again!!!
I do however love cricket service!!! I’ve had them 13 months now and I’ve used all the big company’s and also sold cell phones once in my life time!! This company and service is exceptional except for the above I mentioned already!!! If I rate on the stores I gives negative 10 but customer service by phone brings it back up to a 5 star!!
